Dr. Delbar Niorushak, Co-founder and CEO of the Creative Empowerment Association started her journey in her 20s. She began to clarify her priorities and open her mind to new options as a perception of her identity to understand the freedom of overcoming indistinctness and making decisions through ambiguity and uncertainty. She started with the quality of being clear and transparent to herself by being mindful of her purpose in life and acknowledging every potential opportunity.
She began experiencing alternative possibilities instead of being passive and hoping for miracles to happen.
